Shipping:
We are a small, hands-on shop in Eagle Rock, California and we take care to individually pack and ship your order personally. Your order will be fulfilled within 2-3 business days and shipped out via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location.

USA: $10 flat rate via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, 2-3 business days

Rest of the World: $35 flat rate via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground (Canada), 3-10 business days, depending on location.

 

Sales Tax:
USA: Our business is based in Los Angeles, California, which is an origin-based sales tax state. This means that all domestic orders will be charged a 9% sales tax which covers our local and state taxes.

Rest of the World: There is no sales tax, however the customer will be responsible for any customs/duty charges incurred in the delivery process. All items will be declared with the retail price.

 

How to Return an Item Within the U.S.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 

Please email info@runaboutgoods.com with the reason for your return and to request a refund. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label and a $10.00 return shipping/re-stocking fee will be deducted from the amount of your refund. 

Once the item is received in our warehouse, we will issue the refund within 5-10 business days. Your refund will not include the original shipping/handling fee.

 

How to Return an Item Outside the U.S.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 

We are unable to generate return shipping labels for International customers, so please send your items back using the most economical carrier in your country.
